DO YOU CELEBRATE SUKKOT?
YOU HAVE PROVED THAT YESHUA (JESUS) IS THE MESSIAH

In Leviticus 23:34-36, we read that Sukkot (The Feast of Tabernacles) was to last seven days with a holy convocation (Sabbath) on the eight day. The eighth day was considered part of the feast even though it was a separate holiday. It is called Shemini Atzereth, and literally means the eighth conclusion. While it is the conclusion of Sukkot as well as the Fall Feasts, most importantly it is the conclusion of all the seven Levitical Feasts. It is also called the Festival of Living Water because at this time many prayers are sent up to God for dew and rain to prepare the ground for the seed for next year's crop. Without this living water there would be famine and death.

It was at this festival that Yeshua declared himself to be the Messiah and this would be proved before one year would elapse. Yeshua was fulfilling Shemini Atzereth, not just giving life for one year but giving eternal life forever. During the ensuing year not only would He be sacrificed and approved by God His Father, but the long awaited New Covenant would be established and there would be proof positive by Jewish authority that God no longer forgave the Jewish People for their sins. Yeshua said, "if any man thirsts, let him come unto me and drink. He that believes on me, as the scripture has said out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." When he said this, there was division among the people. Some said he was a prophet while others said he was the Christ (Messiah). John 7:37-42.

During Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) a priest would draw water in a golden pitcher from the pool of Siloam and pour it onto the altar. Now on the eighth day, during the Festival of Living Water, the Lord Yeshua made the statement that He is the author of the true living water that gives eternal life. Believe on Him and you have eternal life, do not believe and you have eternal damnation. Jewish worshippers were ordered to appear before The Lord three times during the year. The first time was for Passover, Unleavened bread and First Fruits. The second time was for Shavuot and the third time was for Trumpets, Yom Kipper and Tabernacles. Yeshua was sacrificed at Passover and He rose on the Feast of First Fruits. He established His church with the new covenant on Shavuot and everything was confirmed at Yom Kippur.

During Shavuot, Yeshua's disciple Peter, spoke in the Temple. He said to the gatherers, God has made Yeshua whom you crucified both Lord and Messiah. When the people heard this, the multitude said "what must we do to be saved?" His answer was "repent and be baptized in the name of Yeshua the Messiah for the remission of sins and you shall receive God's Holy Spirit." Three thousand Jewish worshippers at the Temple believed, were baptized and then received the Holy Spirit. A short time later five thousand more worshippers did the same thing. Later, (the scripture says) all those who were ordained to eternal life believed.

The Talmud tells us in Yoma 39b that the Rabbis found out at Yom Kippur that God's Shekinah glory no longer dwelt in the Temple. Of course, it wasn't in the Temple because it was poured out on all those Jewish believers at Shavuot. There were four definite proofs for the statement that God's spirit was no longer residing in the temple.
1. The lot for the Yom Kippur goat ceased to be supernatural. The red cord of wool that used to change to white (as a symbol of God's forgiveness) now remained red and would never again turn white to show God had forgiven Israel's sins.
2. The lot for God's sacrificial goat no longer came up in the Priest's right hand as it always had done from the time Yom Kippur was instituted.
3. The western candle in the candlestick in the sanctuary that had always been lit first and remained lit when the others wen out, would no longer burn continually.
4. The doors of the Temple opened and closed by themselves ( these doors were made of heavy brass and required 20 Levites to open or close them.)
Isaiah said "come let us reason together." And so we should. Jewish authority tells us that God no longer forgave Israel's sins long before the temple was destroyed. This is because God was putting into effect the New Covenant that he promised to the house of Israel and the house of Judah. Jer. 31:31-37, God did not then and does not now forgive sin without the shedding of blood. Lev. 17:11 and Talmud Yoma 5a. The blood of Messiah Yeshua was sacrificed for all believers as a once and done act.

God took his glory from the Temple and placed it in the hearts of individual Jewish people who believed in Yeshua. It is either that or he has not put it any place and that would mean that there is no forgiveness for sin for anyone, anywhere, at any time or under any conditions. The fact is, that during Passover the Lord Yeshua was the final sacrifice to pay for the atonement of all true believers.

You cannot say that God will balance your mitzvahs against your bad deeds because He says all men are sinners in Eccl. 7:20 and Psalms 14:1-3. God said man's good deeds are worthless in Isaiah 64:6. If you follow biblical (Messianic Judaism) you are guaranteed eternal life. If you follow Rabbinical Judaism you are one hundred percent guaranteed eternal damnation.

For all those years when God's Shekinah Glory no longer dwelt in the temple the Rabbis never told the people not to bring their sacrifices because god did not forgive them their sins. YESHUA IS THE MESSIAH. He is the Messiah whether you believe He is or not. He is Messiah whether you acknowledge him as such or not. He is Messiah because our Heavenly Father says, "this is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased." Mat. 17:5. Want proof that Yeshua fulfills Messianic Prophecy? Just ask and we will send it.
The Jewish scriptures say that God has a son. Eccl. 7:20 and Psalms 2:7. In the New Testament scriptures John tells us in chapter 5:22-23 that God has committed all judgment to His Son.
If you deny Yeshua, He will deny you before His Father. Mat. 10:33

The prophet Daniel says there will be a resurrection. In Chapter 12:2 he says "some will wake to everlasting life and others to everlasting reproach and abhorrence" (shame and contempt, Heb. Pub. Society) WITH YESHUA (OUR KINSMAN REDEEMER) YOU HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. WITHOUT Yeshua you have everlasting contempt. Yeshua has fulfilled hundreds of Messianic prophecies foretold in the Old Testament scriptures. If you request proof we will gladly send you a list.
Prove it for yourself; with a broken and contrite heart, call out to God and ask Him if He has a Son and if Yeshua (Jesus) is His Son, would He reveal Him to you.
